Conrad Signs Extension.Work Doers FC Wolfpack of One Striker, Mark Conrad recently announced and extension with the upstart club keeping him with Bogey Lowenstein's boys until Spring 2010. The terms of the contract were undisclosed, but sources say the Dutchman received several favors for his return. "We are very pleased he (Conrad) decided to stay with our club," said Club chairman Noj Ovatsugua. "After last season the phone was ringing off the hook for him, but it appears our club is where he can truly shine." Since joining the club Conrad has lit the Doer nation on fire, helping lead the club to its first championship and scoring goals at a torrid pace. Through nine games last season, Conrad amassed a paltry 11 goals, 5 assists and 3 Man of The Match awards. This season the Villa Academy product already has 4 goals and 3 assists in just three games. "I'm happy we could reach an agreement," said Conrad who moonlights as Casey Affleck on weekends. "This first class club has been nothing but first class and I don't see myself anywhere else. Now I hope to repeat on last season's successes and do more damage for these guys." Previous to joining WDFC, Conrad played for Kitsap Pumas SC, FK Vojvodina in Serbia and the University of Puget Sound. Conrad is on pace to shatter Nick White's WDFC record 15 goals in a single season. Stay tuned to see if the Bishop Blanchet grad can amass the paltry total against the somewhat stellar competition.
